They took six weeks to totally gut and remodel. They worked quickly but do excellent work. Randy communicated with me daily in person or via text. The entire crew is friendly and honest. They are a reputable, local company who had great reviews online, so I went ahead with the initial consult. Randy was prompt, friendly, and fair in his estimate. The project started on time, and despite some unforeseen issues, Randy and his crew were able to come up with a plan to handle them and finish the job near the expected end date. In general, the crew members were always on time, productive, honest, and knowledgeable in all areas. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their work. The crew patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. They were responsive via phone or email, as one of my biggest frustrations with a company is someone who never calls back or responds.   • Garza Restoration is the best contractor we have worked with on our 98-yr-old home in La Grange. They completely remodeled our kitchen, dining room (knocked down a wall) and bathroom and we get so many compliments on it. They worked with the city permits and approved subcontractors. I appreciated that the same three guys would be working on the house every day- I’ve worked with some contractors who never checked in on the project once they took our deposit check. Garza was great to work with, flexible, and did quality work.

  • The Garza’s finished our basement this fall and we cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, respectful, friendly and incredibly flexible while we were dealing with Covid. I really appreciated that they were very accommodating about some of my design tweaks as we went along and didn’t make it seem like we were too high maintenance/demanding. You can tell it’s very important to them that you feel heard and are happy. They don’t nickel and dime you or oversell you either. Overall the process was collaborative and fun—-they literally laugh and sing as they work! A pleasure to have around and great, quality work for a very reasonable price.
